Teele Sq Bedroom!

Hi! I'm looking for someone to join my lease starting September 1 in my 2 bed, 1.5 bath apartment in Somerville. I've lived here for the past 2 years and absolutely love both the apartment and the neighborhood.
The apartment is about an 8-minute walk to Davis Square (Red Line), with easy access to Cambridge, Arlington, and Route 2. It's spacious, modern, has lots of storage, shared backyard access, and laundry in the basement (shared with just one other unit). Street parking is by Somerville resident permit, and I've never had an issue finding a spot. Rent is approximately $1,950/month, plus utilities.

A little about me: I'm 28 and work remotely in biotech. Outside of work, I'm usually trying a new craft, cooking a new recipe, grabbing coffee or a drink with friends, or taking my Border Collie, Juniper, on long walks. I'm pretty laid-back and social, but I also appreciate having a calm, comfortable home during the week. I keep shared spaces clean (not obsessively spotless, just respectful), communicate openly, and am looking for someone who's similarly considerate and easy to live with.
I'd love to find someone who wants a home where we can both do our own thing but also enjoy the occasional shared dinner, movie night, or trip to the local vintage/ farmers market.
