I am looking for 3-4 people total to sign a lease for Charnwood Road in Somerville, MA. It is a 1 bathroom and 3 bedroom apartment, but there is a spare room we can use as either a 4th bedroom or a common area. Parking can either be issued by the state or free street parking, in-unit laundry, kitchen, backyard with porch.

I am not the realtor or the landlord, I am a member of the current group of two so far that plans to sign this lease. We need at least one more person before we can sign the lease, and the total cost of rent is around $4200, so each tenant will pay between $1050-1250 in rent monthly.
