Recently renovated with modern finishes, new kitchen (stainless appliances, high-end cabinets & counters), hardwood floors in the common areas, and carpet in the bedrooms. In-unit laundry is coin-op in the basement. House is newly insulated.

Location
~3-minute walk to Lechmere Green Line (easy access to downtown Boston, Union Square, Kendall, etc.). Short bike ride to MIT, East Cambridge, and surrounding areas. Twin City shopping plaza is right across the street (Target, Star Market, Marshalls, etc.).

We’re looking for people who communicate well and are willing to help coordinate filling the remaining rooms so everyone ends up with a good living situation.
