Rooms available in Somerville Apartment

Hello everyone, my name is German a Figueroa. I am a current tenant in this apartment and I have been living for 2 years here.

2 of our current roommates will move for the next year lease and me and my friend Rory are looking for new people who would be interested to take their places.

Rory and I both have jobs. Rory works a normal 9-5 in a distribution center and I have a full time job at Boston Children’s Hospital and part time student.

The description of the place is the following:
- 4 bedroom
- 1 bathroom
- 1 kitchen
- 1 living room
- 900 USD/month
- Utilities and internet not included

Transportation is very accessible, there is a 10 min walk to the East Somerville station, a 5 minute walk to Union Square station and a 5 minute walk to the bus station where routes 85, 87, 91 and 109 pass.

There is a coin based washing machine and dryer for the building in the first floor.

For supermarkets we have Target 5 minutes away, Market Basket 10 minutes away and Star Market 15 minutes away, all walking distance.

Rory and I are good friend and overall we are very friendly. We’ve never had any conflict at all and we have a regular cleaning schedule on top of everyone cleaning after themselves for every day cooking and use of restroom, etc.

The initial payments are first month, last month and security deposit equaling to a total of 2120 USD. Rent is due every month on the 1st and it can be directly delivered through check to the landlord’s place or mailed. Usually I go in person and take the check of whoever wants me to deliver theirs.
