Gorgeous stand-alone house in East Somerville

Hi! I'm subletting my 3 bed / 1.5 bath house in East Somerville for August and beyond (flexible dates).

The apartment will be all yours from August through October. I plan to return in November -- if desired, one bedroom will remain available for a potential roommate!

Location:
- 11 minute walk / 3 minute bike to East Somerville (green line) and the Somerville Community Path.
- 16 minute walk / 4 minute bike to Sullivan Square (orange line); 7 min bike to Assembly (orange line)
- 5 minute bike to Union Square (green line)
-8 minute bike / 8 minute drive to Market Basket

Apartment Specs:
- Furnished two-story single-family house near the green line in East Somerville. 3 beds / 1.5 bath.
- Includes AC units (one on each floor), in-unit washer / dryer, dishwasher, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, keyboard piano, a driveway parking space, and a large back patio with a bike shed and pizza oven.
- This house is very loved. I lived here for two years and my roommate was here for another two. It's hosted countless backyard brunches, game nights, and jam sessions over the years!
-I have a good relationship with the landlord, who built much of the house himself and cares deeply about keeping it in good shape.

Room Cost:
The whole house's rent is $3200 + utilities (wifi, gas, electric).
Starting when I return in November, we can split evenly, so $1600 each.

Room Details:
- Room 1: Fully furnished large bedroom with queen bed, walk-in closet, and two windows. Available August through October (after which point I move back in!).
- Room 2: Unfurnished large bedroom with walk-in closet and a double window (this is the only unfurnished room in the house). Available from August. Large air mattress available if needed.
- Room 3: Currently set up as a shared office space.

About Me:
I lived in this house while finishing my PhD, and I'm now returning after spending two years abroad! I work from home but travel frequently. I enjoy hosting low-key parties / dinners, outdoor adventures, meditation, and making art and music (happy to share supplies for all of these!).
I value cleanliness, clear communication, and a generally friendly and calm vibe in the house.
