Hello! Current roommate has moved out, and I’m looking for one person to share a 3 bed/ 3 bath apartment in Somerville starting July or August 1. The third bedroom is a shared office and occasional guest room, so there’s plenty of space for a two-person living arrangement.

It’s a second-floor apartment that is spacious, recently renovated, and within walking distance of Tufts and Davis Square plus the Green E and Red Lines. The available room has its own bathroom, and the setup works really well for having some personal space. Even though it’s close to Tufts, the neighborhood is usually pretty quiet.

About Me
I’m 35 and work full-time in pharma (WFH 2-3 days per week). Outside of work I like cooking, working out, checking out concerts and comedy shows, and exploring Somerville/Cambridge/Boston.
I’m clean, respectful, communicative, and have lived in the apartment for 3 years. I’m down to occasionally hang out but also respect personal space and independence.

Looking For
Ideally looking for a non-smoker who is similarly respectful and reasonably clean. Open to professionals or grad students of any gender who are looking for a stable, friendly living situation. No pressure on being best friends vs. just coexisting; mainly looking for someone easygoing and considerate to share the space with.

Note that the realty company will require screening for residential, employment, and credit history.
