Hello! My roommates(Chris 24M and Sophie 25F) and I (Ian 25M) are looking for a roommate to fill our open bedroom in Somerville and join our lease. Our house is in a nice neighborhood, Duck Village, and in a fantastic location. We are a 15 minute walk to both Harvard and Union Sq and their respective Green and Red line T stops, 15 minutes to Porter Sq and 5-10 minutes to Inman Sq. We are also minimal distance away from multiple bus and blue bike stops. There is also a Market Basket (Grocery Store) that is a 5 minute walk away.

The apartment is a three story house with three bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a furnished living room and kitchen. We also have a laundry room with both in house washer and dryer. There is also central heating and AC. There is available street parking. The bedroom is on the third floor with your bathroom being on the first, which will be shared by one other roommate.

Rent is $1387.50, not including utilities (gas, electricity and internet) which are typically around $50-100 total.

We are looking for a clean, responsible, quiet roommate to complete our house.

About us: There are 2 men and 1 woman currently living in at the apartment, all of us are 24-25 years old. One is a nursing student attending Boston College, working part time at a local hospital, one is working for a biotech company outside Boston and the last works as a research technician for MGH. We live with one cat, Luna. She loves people but is not the biggest fan of other pets unfortunately.
