Hi everyone! I'm subletting my large bedroom in our 4 bed 2 bath apartment from June 1st-August 31st (with the option to extend) for $1200/month in Somerville.
The house is 2 stories, 1st floor and basement (which is where my room is.) On the house layout I attached it's bedroom 3 but also has a little foyer area with an additional window.
There is in unit laundry in the basement, and the downstairs bathroom is shared with one other female. Upstairs there are 2 very friendly male working professionals. All utilities and laundry are included with rent as well.
The house is on Beacon Street, 15 minute walk to Porter station, 18 minute walk to Harvard station, and is very close to an 83 bus stop and a star market.
The room is furnished- bed/table/chairs/storage rack. Everything else will be removed as I'm actively moving.
