This is our room for rent

Hi! My name is Nate, and I live with my two friends in Teele Square, Somerville. We are looking for a fourth roommate in our apartment to take over for our roommate who is moving out at the end of August. A little bit about us: I am a 24M who works full-time in Seaport. One of my roommates, 24F, is also working, and our other roommate, 24F, is working and taking classes. We have 2 adorable cats, Pebble and Pluto, who are very kind and open to meeting new people. None of us are huge partiers, and we all prefer a movie night in to going out.

Our apartment includes the first floor and the basement of a duplex, with our landlord and their young family living right above us. They are the nicest landlords I've had in my 5 years living in Boston. The apartment has a large kitchen, two living rooms, and a back porch with a small backyard. The unit we are renting is one of the two basement units and features its own private bathroom.

We are open to anyone who is clean, respectful, and loves cats, and are hoping to find someone to sign with us prior to the end of April. Please reach out if you are interested!
