Located on College Avenue, Somerville, MA. The rent is $1250/month. Utilities are NOT included, but estimate an additional $50-70 a month during the summer. The move-in date is flexible; the move-out date is not. I’m willing to negotiate the price/utilities if needed. You will be on the first floor unit of a three floor house and living with three male housemates who are all rising seniors at Tufts University. Driveway parking can be arranged depending on summer tenants.

There are three windows that allow plenty of daylight. I’m currently storing lots of things in the room but they will be moved down into the basement before you move in.
