Hello, we are a couple with a two-bedroom apartment in the Spring Hill area of Somerville. We are a 5 min walk to Green Line with bus lines (89,90) a block away. We are between Davis and Union Square and not far from Harvard Square.
The House Is Unique. It is an apartment in an old house and we have part of the second floor with a kitchen, dining room, bathroom, and living room. Then we have an attic space with two bedrooms.
The room for rent has a large closet and is medium(? )sized.
We are very laid-back people. We are an artist and a web developer. We like good food, craft beers, soccer, hiking, concerts, festivals, art, and brunch.
We also smoke a lot of cannabis so you would need to be cool with that.
We are looking for a laid-back Adult who wants a quiet and stable living environment. Respect and reliability are key.
The room is available until September but we are flexible to a long stay if the arrangement works out.
The rent includes heat, electricity, and internet.
We Have a cat named Bowie and a turtle named Aloysius. so please be cat-friendly.
