My current roommate has been transferred to another state for work and needs to move out by March 12. Would be great if someone could move in mid-March, but I understand April 1st is probably more realistic. Looking to sublet until of August, and hopefully new roommate will sign 1 year lease starting Sept 1.

About the unit: Recently renovated two-floor 2BR/1.5BA carriage house in Union Sq. In-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, central air/heat, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, gas stove, and a private patio space. Hot water included, gas/electric/wi-fi separate. Permit parking.

Very short walk to Market Basket and a number of bus stops (87, 88, 83, 85). 15 mins walking to Porter Sq, 15-20 mins to Harvard Sq.

I have an 13 year old ragdoll cat. She insists on being a single cat household…

I clean very often, at least twice a week.

Looking for a female or nonbinary roommate, late twenties to late thirties who is very clean and prefers to socialize outside of the apartment and come back to peace and quiet. I am very chill, and when I am not working or cleaning I am probably sleeping. My hobbies are nerdy and quiet, mainly video games, anime, baking, and arts & crafts.
