The house is conveniently located near i95, Rte's 2, 20, and Trapelo Rd.. Rent plus utilities runs around $750 except for winter, when heating oil generally makes the total around $850. This includes Fios high-speed internet, and electricity.
LOOKING FOR IN A ROOMMATE:
Required:
1. Verifiable proof of income, and able to pass a background check.
2. Pays rent & bills on time, does assigned chore, and keeps common areas neat and clean.
3. No couples or frequent overnight guests
4. No smoking inside the house.
