Hey! I’m looking for one roommate to take the second bedroom in a great 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment. I just signed the lease. The unit takes up the 2nd floor of a 3-family house and is in a great location for commuting and daily errands.

The Apartment & Location
Transit: 5-minute walk to Alewife Station (Red Line).

Groceries: 10-minute walk to both Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods.

The Setup: You will have your own private bedroom and we will share the bathroom.

Features: Gas heating and a gas stove for cooking.

Laundry: Free washer and dryer right in the basement!

Parking: Off-street parking space is available.

About Me
I’m a 22-year-old guy and will be the only other person living in the unit. I work a standard 9-5 schedule as a scientist. In my downtime, I spend a lot of my time rock climbing or trying out new foods. I make it a priority to keep the shared spaces clean and organized, and I'm looking for a roommate who values a friendly, respectful, and laid-back atmosphere at home.

The Details
Utilities: Costs for utilities (gas heating, electricity, internet, etc.) will be shared evenly.

Move-in costs: First month, Last month, Security deposit at $3600 total.
