Two young professionals are seeking a 3rd roommate in the North Cambridge area. The apartment is conveniently located to public transit (Mass Ave, 2 min walk to nearest bus line, and a 10 minute walk to Red Line Davis Station). Street parking is available on Harvey St and side streets. Your share of rent is $945 which includes base rent and ALL utilities, including water, heat, electricity and internet. You would take the vacant room with the other roommates taking the other bedroom and living room. During day hours, the living room is easily converted to a common area. Laundry facilities are in the basement and are only shared with the above upstairs unit. Move in date is September 1st, 2026 and the lease lasts for one year.
