Street parking is available on Harvey St and side streets. Your share of rent is $1635 which includes base rent and ALL utilities, including water, heat, electricity and internet. You would have the larger of the two rooms. Common areas are shared and expected to be kept tidy. Laundry facilities are in the basement and are only shared with the above upstairs unit.
