Looking for a refined, quiet, and well-managed home? I am a finance professional (CPA/Auditor) looking for two housemates to occupy the remaining bedrooms on the top floor of my modern 3-story townhome in Newton.

This home is designed for privacy and space. While I occupy the Primary Suite, the other two bedrooms on the top floor (Floor 3) are available for rent.

• Shared Top-Floor Amenities: You’ll share a large, modern bathroom and have laundry machines right outside your door (no basement trips!).

The entire second floor is a 1,000 sq ft open-concept living space.
