This is a 4BR apartment including 1 newly renovated bathroom, spacious living room, large eat in kitchen, and in unit washer/dryer. The house is furnished, the vacant bedrooms are not. The room is located on its own floor, with a bonus extra room attached for extra space/storage.
Off street parking is available for a compact car or small SUV.

Looking for someone who is clean and respectful of the space- professionals or grad students welcome as the other 3 occupants are late 20’s - 30’s 2 Females and 1 male
Newton Highlands is a great location for commuters - just a few blocks to Eliot St. & Newton Highlands Green Line T stops and easy access to Rtes 9, 128 and the Mass Pike.
Enjoy wonderful restaurants, bars and shopping just a few blocks away, browse the Farmers Market at Cold Spring Park, or swim in Crystal Lake!
