We are renting 1 room in a 3-bedroom apartment.
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood on the borderline between Brighton and Newton. There are 57 and 65 bus lines, with the bus station 1 minute from the house. Bus lines 504 and 501 to downtown are a 5-minute walk away.
There is a laundry in the unit and basement storage.
Parking is available on the street.
Monthly expenses per person come up to $120 on average.
Security deposit of $950 is required :)
