Available starting immediately is a bright, unfurnished bedroom in a spacious 3-bed, 2-bath apartment located right on the Newton/Brighton border by Oak Square.
The available room has great natural lighting aided by large mirrors, alongside ample storage from built-in cabinetry and closet space. You will have a full bathroom located just outside your door, which also contains the in-unit laundry.

Note the available room is currently functioning as an office (as pictured), though this will be fully moved to the 3rd bedroom prior to move-in. I am currently the only tenant.

The rest of the 2nd floor apartment is fully furnished and features:

~The Bonus Attic Space~

The unit includes sole access to the very large 3rd-floor "attic" space. This currently functions as a workout area, band rehearsal spot (perfect for musicians), and a massive storage area featuring a large walk-in cedar closet. In case you need even more storage space, we also have access to the basement and small outside garage.

~About Me~

I’m a late-20s materials engineer working full-time with a hybrid schedule. When home I’m probably playing games with my friends online, playing my electric drum kit up in the attic, or working on some sort of random tech/craft project.
Please note that I will occasionally host friends to play music in the attic about once a week, though always during respectful hours (after work on weekdays or during the day on weekends). It’s also not uncommon for me to have friends over for a board game night once in a while.
Personally, I’m a big sci-fi/fantasy nerd and stay active with running, rock-climbing, back county skiing, etc.
