Seeking a roomate for my place in Natick!

Hi there! I am seeking a roomate for my apartment in Natick, MA, lease beginning in September of this year! Preferably I would like to live with another woman (trans women very much included!) But I am open to living with all genders.

The room is approx. 280 sq. Feet, comes with a bed/dresser and a window AC! The apartment also has in-unit laundry & free onsite parking. It is located conveniently within walking distance of the commuter rail, community center, local park & library as well as being in close driving distance to the local universities. We have a full kitchen, plenty of common area & access to a spacious front yard/back garden as well. The apartment is pet friendly, and non-smoking! The rent for one other tennant is 1,325 a month, plus utilities. Couples are okay but you must be okay with a 3 way even rent split (883/month for each of us) in that case. You must be able to provide proof of income & a credit check for the landlord.

A little about me:

I am 24 years old, & I work full time as a manager at a pizza shop. I have two absolutely lovely & very friendly cats named Noodle & Pumpkin, and I am a lover of art & music! I work a lot but in my free time I enjoy drawing/crafting, playing my ukulele, listening to records, baking & spending time with my cats! I am also passionate about LGBT/Womens rights and racial equality so i definitely want a roomate who shares those values. I am pretty easy going, but I like to try and keep a clean, organized apartment and I'm invested in fostering a friendly, comfortable shared living environment where everyone feels considered and respected.
