Subletting my fully furnished room in a recently renovated home in South Medford, right by Magoun Square. The place is set up apartment-style with individual rooms, each with its own private bathroom. Move in as early as May 20, with the lease running through August 31, 2026 — option to renew at the end if you want to stay on.

THE ROOM
Fully furnished, including desk, chair, bedside drawers, wide chest of drawers, ladder shelf, storage ottoman at the foot of the bed, and trash cans. Private in-room bathroom. (Note: the walking pad and entertainment center in front of it are not included.)

THE HOUSE
Recently renovated with hardwood floors, central A/C, in-unit laundry, and a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances (gas range, fridge, dishwasher). 5 housemates total — all chill and respectful.

RENT & UTILITIES
$1,350/month
Security deposit: $1,350 (one month's rent), due before move-in and fully refundable at the end of the sublet
Gas and electric are split evenly between housemates (usually pretty reasonable)

LOCATION
Right by Magoun Square — super walkable for groceries, cafes, restaurants, and parks. Solid public transit, easy commute to Tufts, Cambridge, or Boston.

HOUSE RULES
One person per room (no couples/double occupancy)
No pets
No smoking

Looking for someone clean, respectful, and easy to live with. Grad students or working professionals ideal.
