I am renting a furnished private room in a 4 bed 1 bath apartment from June 1 - August 31. Rent is $1115/month + utilities. It’s located on Fairmount St, Somerville. It is right next to the Tufts/Medford stop on the green line. There is in unit laundry, a dishwasher, and a drive way where you can park a car.
