Looking for a Female roommate

I am looking for a new Female roommate. This is a four bedroom, one bathroom apartment and you would have your own room. Rent is $750 a month plus utilities, which are around $200 per person in the Winter and around $100 per person in the Summer. There is plenty of street parking if you have a car. There is also an orange line station about a 10 minute walk. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
To move on, you need first months rent plus a $750 security deposit. You also need to have good credit because the landlord does credit checks.
