Looking to fill our fourth bedroom. Located on the second floor.
Apartment is located in the Highlands, close to UML and only 15 minutes to Nashua.
Apartment features full kitchen with dishwasher, offstreet parking, living room and dining room as well as 1.5 bathrooms.
We are looking for a female roommate or lgbt identifying person who is at least 21. Someone who is respectful and friendly. We are generally clean and all pitch in to do things around the house. All of us enjoy gaming and watching shows together. Sometimes we cook together and play games as well. I am a very artsy person and love to cook/bake and explore new places.
We currently have 1 crested gecko, 1 bearded dragon and my fish tanks! We are looking for someone who doesn’t have pets, but that can be discussed!
Lease is for one year, water is included. Gas and electricity are not. Internet is 20$ a month.
