We’re a warm, organized family offering one (possibly two) furnished bedrooms on the private third floor of our home. The floor includes two bedrooms and a shared full bath, providing a quiet space separate from the main living areas.

Perfect for a college student, grad student, postdoc, or young professional looking for a peaceful home environment. A car is recommended, but we’re within walking distance of Lincoln Center and the MBTA Fitchburg Line.

About the Home

Our historic home sits on a beautiful, quiet property with easy access to Concord, Lexington, Waltham, Cambridge, and Boston.

We have three school-aged children (8, 10, and 12), a Portuguese Water Dog, two Siberian cats, and backyard chickens.

Flexible Rent Option

Standard rent is $1,400/month with no expectations beyond being a considerate housemate.

If interested, we’re open to reducing rent in exchange for scheduled help such as:
• Tutoring or homework help
• Childcare
• Sports, music, or other enrichment
• Cooking or pet sitting

This is not an au pair position. Any responsibilities and rent adjustments would be agreed upon in advance.
