We are a warm, organized family in Lincoln, MA offering one (or possibly two) furnished bedrooms on a private third floor of our home. The third floor includes two bedrooms and a shared full bathroom, and feels quiet and separate from the main living areas.

This is ideal for a college student, grad student, post-doc, or young professional looking for a calm, high-quality living environment outside the city. Car advised, but we are walking distance to Lincoln Center and MBTA train (Fitchburg line).
