Please read the listing to be sure we are a good match- I know the deal is great but I want to be sure all parties are happy.
Hello all, I live at and rent out rooms to good friends at this property. Due to commute reasons it is looking like there will be a vacancy come October 1st.
The room is 15.4 x 12.2 and has a closet. There is a bathroom immediately across the hall, as well as one downstairs. There is a washer machine and dryer directly across the hall as well. There is a kitchen and kitchenette, as well as a generally spacious 3300 sq feet including social areas.
The house has an excellent HVAC system to ensure comfort during all seasons. All utilities including high speed internet are covered under the rent, so you living expenses will never exceed the $1200. There is ample street parking available.
I am the homeowner and live here, so any issues that arises is swiftly tended to.
While not an overly loud house, we do skew to the nocturnal side, so prospective tenants who are on a similar schedule or unbothered by that are a must. There are cats on the property so severe allergies would also not be a good match. We have social game nights fairly frequently, so if you are into those then that is a perk. House members are in the early 30's range. Aside from that, we are just looking for someone who is responsible and meshes seamlessly with the house. If you have any questions, let me know
