Room for Rent

One female and one male are looking for one more roommate to share a three-bedroom upstairs unit of a single house. This is a 2 floor, single family house. There are 3 bedrooms/1 bath on the 2nd floor. There is 1 bedroom/1 bath on the 1st floor. Currently, there is one female and 2 male tenants on the 2nd floor and a male tenant on the 1st floor. We are looking for, preferably, a tenant for the 2nd floor to replace one of the make room mates who is leaving at the end of May. Each floor has their own entry. Complimentary shared laundry allowed every 2 weeks on the 1st floor. There is a public laundry mat down the street if you need to do laundry every week. Each tenant is allotted 1 parking spot. Water, gas, electric and internet are covered. NO smoking inside the house. NO pets. Room is available starting November 2025.
