The location is North Framingham. Easy access to Logan Airtport via Logan Express Shuttle and Terminal. House is minutes away from Rt 9 E/W, Mass Pike and Rt 495 N/S. Rt 30 E/W and Rt 20 E/W.

The house is in a very private, safe neighborhood. It is also a 15 minutes drive to Framingham and Ashland commuter rail, or a longer bicycle ride. Close to Rt 9 restaurants, malls, grocery stores, shops. Short drive to Market Basket, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Stop & Shop.

The rent does not include Utils. It has gas furnace + new gas water heater. It has central air. Initial lease duration of 12 months. No Smoking/Vaping/Drugs.
