ROOMMATE WANTED — $1,000/MONTH INCLUDING SOME BILLS

We’re looking for a reliable, respectful, and responsible fourth roommate to join our household! Our original fourth roommate had to back out after we signed the lease, so we’re now looking for someone who would be a good fit for our home.

Rent & Expenses

* $1,000 per month, covering rent and some household bills.
* An additional $50 per month per pet for anyone bringing their own pet.

About the Household

The current household consists of me, my partner, and my mother. We also have a dog, so being comfortable around dogs is a must! We’re looking for someone who values a clean, comfortable, and respectful living environment.

Pet Policy

We already have a dog in the household. If you have a pet you’d like to bring, there’s an additional monthly pet fee of $50 per pet.
