The apartment is on the 4th floor in an elevator building and includes in-unit laundry, an updated kitchen with dishwasher and electric stove, and access to a building gym and Amazon locker. Covered parking is included, with the option to remove it and reduce rent.

Rent is $1,550/month with a $500 security deposit. No first or last month required and no broker fee. 12+ month lease. Utilities are electric only.
