Looking for someone to occupy 1 bedroom in a 3 bedroom and one bath apartment. The bathroom is newly renovated. Also, we are looking for tenants to move in ASAP.

Rent: 1 person = 1,100 with utilities included.

Utilities include: Gas, water, electricity

There are no laundry services in our home but there are a few laundromats very close by:

Street parking is also easy to use if you have a car.

We are also in a great place for public transportation. The 110 and 112 bus stop right down the street from our house which takes you directly to Wellington Station on the orange line. Once on the orange line you can easily head into Boston.

This room also includes access to a balcony with a view of Boston. There are stairs connected to the bottom floor, so you can use this entrance in addition to the front entrance.

A deposit of 1 month's rent will be required upon moving in. We are a friendly family and we hope to meet you soon! :)
