Looking for 2 more roommates in a shared apartment in Union Square/Prospect Hill Somerville!

A short walk to grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, and public transportation, this apartment is great for students and young professionals. Walking distance to Harvard, short T ride to MIT and Tufts.

A little about the current tenants:
I (Savannah) just graduate from Williams College and will be working, while the other tenant (Leah) is a college student. Leah also has a cat that will be living with us, but it’s very shy, so it’ll spend most of its time alone (she’s a diva though, so she doesn’t get along with other cats or dogs). We both enjoy dinner parties, going out, and time alone.

What we are looking for:
We are looking for friendly roommates who value community and cleanliness — thats about it!

Apartment breakdown:

$1200 unfurnished large room available
$1300 unfurnished master bedroom available

In-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, and heat. Utilities split among all residents. We plan to decorate and furnish the apartment together via thrifting and Facebook marketplace :)
