Located at 200 Highland Ave, about a 5 minute walk to the Green Line with easy access to Cambridge, and downtown Boston. Close to Tufts, Harvard, MIT, and Lesley, and walkable to restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores.

The apartment has central air with a Nest thermostat, in unit laundry, a dishwasher, and a huge private deck and outdoor space. The room itself is spacious and easily fits a desk if you work from home. The unit is fully furnished, except for the bedroom.

For reference, the bedroom in the floorplan is on the lefthand side next to the full bath.

You’d be living with one roommate 28M, clean, easygoing, and also works from home.
