The place is very nice and they have rooms on the second floor with their own (shared) bathroom and a third room that could be an office. I live on the first floor with my cat Teia. Kitchen is decent and the living room is nice but the real kicker is a huge backyard and a good front porch. Off street parking for 3 cars provided, washer/dryer in basement, plenty of storage in basement, quiet street.
This is technically a 4b/2ba home where the 4th bedroom is smaller. So rent could go down to ~1100 for bigger rooms and less for the smallest one.
