A private bedroom and separate private living room are available in a spacious, approximately 1,350 sq. ft. apartment at 96 Berkshire Street, directly across from Donnelly Field.

You would have the two back rooms near the kitchen: one bedroom and one private living room. You may arrange and use the second room however you prefer, but it provides you with your own living area because there is no shared living room.

I occupy the front rooms and use another room as my office. I am a male working IT professional and like to maintain a tidy, quiet, and respectful home. I am looking for someone who is similarly considerate of the shared spaces.

My girlfriend lives in Newton and generally visits once or twice per week. I also regularly spend time at her place. She is clean and respectful of the apartment.

A professional cleaner comes approximately once a month, and this is included in the rent.

The kitchen, bathroom, hallways, and basement laundry area are shared with me.
