75 5th Street in Cambridge. It’s a 3b1b apartment with two floors; two rooms on one floor. Previously, renters were MIT and Harvard post docs and PhDs. It is about 12 minutes walk to MIT. Star market, dollar tree, Marshall, basketball court, lawn for playing volleyball etc are 5 minutes walk away. It’s a quiet residential area except Thursday mornings when garbage truck comes. Rent includes WiFi gas electricity. Heat is on 24-hours daily during the season. Lots of windows, a little balcony where to open the door as needed. This is house/apartment is surrounded by two large oak trees. One person one room. Male only. One standard room is available on August 16, 2026 and another large room is available on Nov 30, 2026
