I’m looking for someone to sublet my room in a 2 bed 1 bath apartment on winter street, Cambridge, near Llechmere T Station.
You will be sharing the apartment with a working professional who lives in the other room.
The lease is available from January 1 2026 to August 31 2026 with an option to extend.
It’s very cozy, quiet, safe and convenient. High ceiling and original hardwood floor. Sunny living room, Kitchen comes with a microwave oven, gas stove, fridge and dishwasher. And a Washer dryer shared with 1 other unit in the basement.
Heat, electricity and the internet will need to be covered by you. No smoking. On street parking only.
The rent is $1510 per month and first and last month rent would be required in advance.
