Hello! My name is Wade Smith and I’m looking for a male roommate to take over my roommate’s lease. This will be active from 6/1/2026 - 5/31/2027. You will have your own bedroom and share a bathroom with me.

The space itself is a great apartment. It is a large living room and kitchen, with a great view of the courtyard behind the kitchen. It’s a quiet neighborhood but also very close to the Central Square T stop, along with all the restaurants and shops near Central Square. It’s been a lovely spot and I’m really hoping to stay here with a quality roommate.

About me - I’m a 27M who works in Boston and I’ve lived in this spot for 2 years. I love to cook, exercise, read, watch sports/movies/shows, and I love having the apartment be a place to unwind. I’m pretty easy going and clean as well, and take pride in a comfortable living space.
