We (1 male and 1 female in mid thirties) are looking for one roommate for a April 1st move-in to join a quiet, clean, respectful apartment in Cambridgeport near Central Square.

April 1st move in

Lease term is 14 months total. The current roommate is moving out 2 months early

I am a full-time contemporary painter in my mid 30s. I am friendly, laid back, clean, respectful, and quiet. I enjoy reading, running, painting, cooking, hiking, and traveling.

The other roommate is also in her mid 30s and works at a French healthcare company. She is friendly, laid back, and enjoys traveling and cooking. She also speaks French and Spanish.

We are looking for someone who is clean, respectful, communicative, and interested in a calm, low drama home. Applicants should be prepared to meet the rent, deposit, and lease requirements listed above. This is the apartment is best suited for someone who values a peaceful living environment and communicates well about shared space.
