Cute room for August sublet near Kendall/MIT

1 room in a 3 bed, 1.5 bathroom apt!
Looking to sublet my room for August (31 July to Aug 30) because I'll be in LA! It's fully furnished.
If Aug 31 is a problem I can potentially extend 1 day I'm to Aug 31 for an extra fee.
15 mins walk from the red line either Kendall square T and central square T.
Near a pickleball court and park.
Two female roommates, working professionals.
Coin laundry in the basement
We only cook vegetarian food but meat takeout is fine (just on a paper plate)
We have a cute balcony overlooking a community garden, and I'm growing tomatoes which you can pick :)
There is street parking nearby
