Hi everyone! I’m looking for a roommate to take over my current roommate’s spot in a modern 2 bed, 1 bath apartment in Central Square starting July 1.
Rent: $2100/month per person
Utilities: ~$70-120/month per person for WiFi + electricity

This is a lease takeover, so there is no broker fee or security deposit required.
