Sublease - Private Room in 3 bed apartment

Sunny bedroom in a 3 bed/1bath apartment available from May 1st to September 1st (dates flexible). This spot is great, I’m moving because my job is changing locations.

The bedroom is spacious and can easily fit a queen size bed, a desk, and more! This bedroom can come either furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference. There is a large balcony shared with one other unit and laundry in basement paid via app.

The location is unbeatable; 5 minute walk to Central Station and major bus routes, 5 minute walk to Target and H-Mart, 9 minute walk to Whole Foods, and tons of restaurants and shops just steps away.

One roommate is a PhD student at Northeastern, the other will be a recent grad. Ideally looking for other women in their 20s, but open to anyone who is interested. Must be queer friendly!

Rent is $1300 a month. Gas, wifi, and electric are split equally.
Cost per person is:
wifi $13/month, electric & gas $30-$60/month (on the lower end in the summer months).

No security deposit. Landlord requires a guarantor for students. Will most likely require first months rent upon signing sublease contract.
