Furnished with bed, side table, dresser, desks, shelves, living room and everything needed. Half bathroom (sink + toilet). Comfortable living area and office/work space. Plenty of storage

2) Room filled with natural light and multiple windows

Fully furnished: bed, side table, desk, shelves, and two spacious closets. Comfortable layout perfect for studying or working from home

We are a friendly family of 4 (a couple + a teen and tween) plus our lovely medium sized dog, living upstairs who values respect, cleanliness, and open communication. We are looking for someone who enjoys a peaceful home and appreciates shared common spaces. We also cook delicious food and will be happy to share our meals.
