Looking to sublet my furnished bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment in Central Square for 5 months starting June 1 until October 31. Rent is $1262 and utilities (WiFi and electricity) are around $35 a month.

The apartment is in a really nice location. Less than 3 minutes walk to #1 bus stop, bunch of restaurants, cafes, gyms, etc. 7 minutes walk to Target, CVS, and central square red line stop. The other roommate is a mid-twenties male and easy-going.

Looking for someone who likes to keep common areas very neat and tidy. Unfortunately, no pets allowed. We don’t have laundry in unit but there is a laundromat that is ~10 minutes walk.
