I'm looking to rent a bedroom in a 5 bed, 2 bath second floor flat located within walking distance of Central Square.

The pictured bedroom is 1,440. Utilities, including Wi-Fi, are usually around $50-100 a month per person.

The unit features a well-equipped kitchen, two shared bathrooms, a small common area with a couch, counter-top seating and a balcony. There is a washer/dryer located in the unit and a dishwasher in the kitchen. The apartment also has a patio area with seating and a bike rack.

The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the Red line at Central. 10-minutes in the other direction will put you at Inman's square, a hotspot for bars and restaurants. There is no dedicated parking, but street parking is available with a Cambridge parking permit.
