I'm looking to rent a bedroom in a 5 bed, 2 bath second floor flat located within walking distance of Central Square.

The unit features a well-equipped kitchen, two shared bathrooms, a small common area with a couch, counter-top seating and a balcony. Utilities can range from $50-100 per person, including Wi-Fi. There is a washer/dryer located in the unit and a dishwasher in the kitchen. The apartment also has a patio area with seating and a bike rack.

The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the Red line at Central. 10-minutes in the other direction will put you at Inman's square, a hotspot for bars and restaurants. The unit is ideally located for
people working in the Kendall/MIT area(one stop by Red Line, 15 min walk)

There is no dedicated parking spot, but street parking is available with a Cambridge parking permit.

I’m one of 4 roommates at the unit. As a prospective tenant you’lI meet all the roommates before signing the lease. The unit also has 2 cats.
