Your FURNISHED Bedroom is Bright and lots of closet/storage space. A Full Size Bed and Firm Mattress with high quality sheets, pillows, comforter, and Towels provided. A desk and ergonomic chair to work on your laptop/computer. All shows, phone calls, emailing/work, music etc. must be done in your room. 1 shared bathroom. You will have your own "medicine cabinet" for personal use. Shared /Kitchen/Dining Room. ​Vegetarians preferred or a person who cooks minimally or not at all bc the kitchen is small.

About me: I am a live-in landlord. About me: I am moderately social person and like my privacy, but like friendly and respectful chit chat with my tenant in passing. I like to cook simple vegetarian food and clean up well after myself and I expect that from the person sharing the space as well. I like to have a clean and serene environment. I don't stay up too late, so would want a tenant who is also quiet after 10pm because the 2 bedrooms are next to each other.

Currently, I teach Yoga and freelance as a Textile Designer. If you are looking for a creative/mindful/yoga centered landlord, you have found the right place - but you don't have to be into Yoga! Just as long as the space is respectfully shared and kept clean!

Move in APRIL 1st flexible thereafter - ​First and Last month's rent + $500 Security Deposit due to move in. Absolutely NO extra Pets and NO smoking of any kind, including Pot. No Vaping.
