Hello, I am a single professional female and own a lovely home on a quiet residential street in Burlington.

I am renting out the third bedroom on the second floor. We take turns cleaning the bathroom each week and we are looking for someone who cleans up after themselves each time they use the bathroom and does not smoke.

The other 2 bedrooms are occupied by older professional men who are security guards. The differing shifts works really well for the bathroom use. They do not share any other part of the home and use a small refrigerator and microwave for eating. I use a bedroom and bath on the first floor.

The bedroom has a large walk in closet with shelves. It is unfurnished and includes all utilities plus internet.

The kitchen and other areas of the property are not shared, but as stated above you can have a small refrigerator and microwave in your room. The room has been completely repainted and the hardwood floors have been sanded and refinished. For safety reasons we do not allow guests in the home.
