Hello, I am a single professional and own a lovely home on a quiet residential street. I am looking for someone who cleans up after themselves as the bathroom is shared and someone who does not smoke or drink in the home. We are looking for a 1 year minimum stay.

The room and bathroom are on the second floor and the room as a large walk in closet with shelves. It is unfurnished and includes all utilities plus internet and cable.

This rental is for a room and shared bath only on the second floor. The kitchen and other areas of the property are not shared, but you can have a small and microwave in your room. The room has been completely repainted and the hardwood floors have been sanded and refinished. For safety reasons we do not allow guests in the home.
