Hi everyone! We have 1 bedroom available in our 4-bedroom house in Belmont, just off Trapelo Rd and the 73 bus, which brings you straight to Harvard Sq and the Red line. Looking to add a 4th roommate to the house. This place will not work for you if you have a car - no parking available (sorry our driveway is really small)!

About Us
You’ll be living with 3 other roommates:

I’m 30 years old and work in property management. I love to workout and box. Other interests include reading and watching movies. I’ll do my meal prep every week and I enjoy hanging out with friends but otherwise I’m a pretty laid back person in general.

2nd roommate is 28 and is studying piano technology. He likes to play the piano, key-tar and go hiking.

3rd roommate is a technician in the biotech industry.

We’re looking for a male roommate who is clean, respectful, and easy to live with. A graduate student or young working professional would be a great fit.

We’re pretty quiet during the week, keep the common areas clean, and enjoy hanging out from time to time but we also respect each other’s space and privacy. We’re hoping to find someone who’s a friendly, considerate and clean person.

15 minutes to Harvard Square
45-60 minutes to Downtown Boston via public transportation
Star Market is a 10–15 minute walk away

I also have a very friendly and social cat, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with one.

Move-in requirements: First month’s rent, last month’s rent, and a security deposit.
