1 room for rent in a 3 bedroom apartment

Hey there,

I am a 35 year old man, working in the film industry and looking for a roommate to share this 3 bedroom apartment with starting in May 2026. My current roommates were lucky enough to buy a house recently and will be moving out, leaving space for... possibly you. I've lived in this apartment since 2018, having spent extended time away on a few occasions for work and travel.

The available bedroom (unfurnished) is on the first floor of the apartment and the third room upstairs can be used as an office if needed (for a slight increase in rent)

The apartment sits within a 2 family home with off street parking, 1 car garage, backyard, private basement space, washer/dryer in unit, and plenty of space and natural light in the common areas as well.

The neighborhood is really nice and quiet. Fresh Pond and the Watertown/Cambridge Greenway is within walking distance as well as the Mount Auburn Cemetery and the Charles River

Bus 73 stops right at the corner
Alewife Station is about 2 miles away
Harvard Square 2.5 miles

easy access to the mass pike and route 2

Looking for 1 roommate or a couple. Landlord isn't crazy about pets but maybe could persuaded.
